Paulo is a resilient boy dreamer from Marikina City, Philippines.

Passionate about creativity and innovation, Paulo dreams of becoming a game designer. For him, it’s a medium to combine art and storytelling to create a positive impact. It’s a way to inspire people to think differently and unlock their imagination.

His ambition is fueled not only by passion but also by purpose: to provide a meaningful and comfortable life for his parents and future family, while showing others from underprivileged backgrounds that they, too, can succeed.

An only child, he faces extraordinary challenges: his father, recovering from a stroke, stays with him in church lodging, while his mother, who struggles with serious health issues, remains in the province with his grandparents.

Amid these difficulties, Paulo’s perseverance shines through his academics. Out of 2,000 students in his school, he earned a High Honors award in Grade 11.

Outside academics, Paulo balances his time between his part-time job and his hobbies - drawing, designing, cooking new recipes, and playing video games. These pursuits bring him joy despite the daily challenges he faces.
