AiduFellows show a better school performance than the average Kenyan student. The three certificates handed out to Kenyan students each year do not only contain the grades of a student, but also the relative performance of a student in a class. Analyzing these data, we see that almost 30% of all AiduFellows belong to the top 10% in their classes und only about 10% of all AiduFellows to the weakest 30% of the class. Consequently and despite the fact that AiduFellows attend good to very good school (in which they share their class with relatively strong class mates), AiduFellows belong to the strongest parts of their classes significantly more often than statistically expected. The data are from 2012 but are representative for several years.
