The likelihood of a household to live in poverty decreases with increasing education levels of the household head.
While in rural areas, 70% of all families whose head has not graduated from primary school live in poverty, it is 60% of all families with a head that graduated from primary school and only approximately 30%, if the head of the family graduated from secondary school.
