We offer financially needy, but highly talented students a merit based scholarship program. The program is strictly monitored through annual reports on the progress of our scholars. Offering them the chance to attend and finish their education, empowers them to achieve their goals and makes sustainable change and development possible. As soon as they can our graduates must be willing to pay back their scholarship – this way enabling ever more high potentials.

For the selection of our students we apply a three step process.

1. Academic performance record - Our applicants belong to the top 10% of their year. Referrals
by teachers and an 8-page long application allow an insight into the extracurricular activities of the students
and their goals in life.

2. Personal interviews - Where necessary, interviews are held with the applicants and their parents to clarify
their motivation and fi nancial situation.

3. Applicant profiles - A profile of each pre-selected applicant is created and presented to potential AiduMakers.
In this third and last step the AiduMaker makes the fi nal decision which student he or she wants to support.
